The staff were very friendly And I like the staying there a lot great location

The breakfast was so classy I think many people like me need real food for breakfast

superior room with a very good comfortable bathroom, availability of services, courteous staff.

the development of spa center, free Internet access, a diverse selection of foods for breakfast.

The staff is in my opinion excellent.The restaurant also deserves a visit.

I was surprised that there was not enough place for everybody for breakfast so the guests were asked to wait in a hall until a table would be free. Of course the staff tried to make this the least inconvenient as possible, but it is something I wouldn't expect in such a hotel. Probably it was just an exception?

Location right in front of the Hauptbanhof and Kolner Dom.

As with many hotels in the area the breakfast is way too expensive, regardless of how much you can manage to eat from the buffet in the morning.

This hotel was very professional from the moment we walked in. The room was very nice, the bathroom especially. The staff helped immediately with dinner arrangements outside of the hotel and also offered guidance on sight seeing with a map.

Ernst am Dom is a beautiful old lady. The hotel offers much style and tradition in a city that had lost most of that in the War. Staff is very friendly, the silent corridors and comfortable rooms (and especially bathrooms!) make for a very pleasant stay. Several details (even the Kölsch beer in the free minibar) distinguish this hotel from standardized city hotels.

A spa / pool area is missing.

I had a suprior room but the organisation of the rome was poor, the curtains were torn, the bath and the room were too small for 5 stars hotel and everyone was keen to serve you because they expect you to tip them in return rather than as part of the service the hotel provides. Worst still, internet access is very, very expensive while other less glamours hotels offer it free. No parking facilities. In short, it wasn't worth half the price.

Very nice room,comfotable and quiet. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Access to the Internet was not free, relative to the fit out of the room free internet for the traveller is as essential as a comfortable bed. Technology exists for you to control downloads so there is no reason not to allow internet access.

Slow service at expensive breakfast.

All staff and location was great.

The room was miserable which like a cellar. The ven tilation was not good.

Bad breakfast for 31€, not too much choise.Internet is provided by T-mobile andexpensive.no soundproof rooms.

Very nice location (in front of the "Dom"). Nice staff. The restaurant is great also (could deserve a Michelin star from my opinion). Spacy rooms.

Perfect location next to main train station. Excellent staff with good English. Comfortable bed. Very helpful with a late check out.

Large room but relatively small bed for a luxury hotel - a little old with uncomfortable chairs- but top quality bathroom. Have bruises on both arms from the door knobs! We arrived late and were unable to have a snack in the bar after midnight - Room Service was available.
